The Season’s Secret to Radiant Skin is 20% Off!
As the holidays approach and the year winds down, I’ve been craving simplicity—rituals that keep me grounded, radiant, and nourished from within. Cold weather and full schedules can leave skin dull or dehydrated, but this season my glow has stayed strong thanks to Pique’s Radiant Skin Duo. It’s an effortless inside-out ritual that supports skin, energy, and overall wellbeing.
Sun Goddess Matcha is my calming morning start—ceremonial-grade, rich in EGCG, and incredible for firming, brightening, and supporting gut balance.
B·T Fountain, my afternoon reset, is a clean beauty electrolyte powered by clinically proven ceramides that hydrate at a cellular level, reduce redness, and visibly plump skin—without sugar or fillers.
Together, they strengthen the skin barrier, support collagen, and deliver deep hydration for a glow that lasts. Clean, pure, and travel-friendly, it’s the easiest ritual to bring into the new year feeling luminous and renewed.
What’s up, squad! LET’S GO!
Hope your week has been incredible!
Insane that we are under 10 days out from Christmas & conference college basketball getting started! This email is my weekly recap, check-in, and opportunity to connect with YOU! Let’s dive into updates!
The Days After Running 2:51:37 at CIM… The week after running CIM, my body felt in a funk. Core body temp was hot, I felt hella tired (not my energetic self), congested, and low drive to train. I know there is a big come down after doing a big event physically and mentally. Physically, I did some light 3×12 upper body bodybuilding work, low-level movement for my lower body, hot/cold therapy, a little bit of sauna, acupuncture with my guy Dr. Chang at Open Wellness, and yes….. I ran a little bit (2 miles on Tuesday, 2 miles on Thursday, 4 miles on Friday, and 5.75 miles on Saturday).
Then I saw this timely tweet from Ross founder of Cadence.

TrackStar… Ordered this sweet piece of artwork to show off my marathon at the house! Really cool idea and company! Excited to connect with Matt Hickman more! It was cool to hear his story, from a gift from his mom to now creating a product and business.
Spanish… Been taking classes from my boy Rafa since August, when I visited Bogota, Colombia! Recently, started doing Duolingo as well. Slow n steady, work in progress but it has been fun being a beginner on something totally new. Want to be able to communicate by the time we go to Mexico City in June 2026.
Big Ass Calendar… just put in my order for my 2026 one from Jesse Itzler. This will be year 3 for me.
Annual Review… will use my 2025 big ass calendar and my own strategy to review what went great, where I can grow, who I want to become, and more. I will share more about my process in the upcoming weeks.
Christmas Book Recs… one of my student-athletes texted me asking for book recs for her brother. Sent her 5, and the top 3 were The Psychology of Money, Almanack of Naval Ravikant, and Die With Zero. Check them out.
That’s it. Thank you for your energy, support, and tapping in! Talk soon! Hit me up anytime. SERIOUSLY! Keep stacking those daily deposits and making every day the best day of the year, until tomorrow!
