Ferate updates coming in hot!
Meet the Best Alcohol Replacement of the Season
As the nights get colder and holiday gatherings fill the calendar, I’ve been craving a new kind of ritual—something warm, social, and feel-good, without the fogginess that often follows a drink. And this season, I found it.
Meet Vesper, Pique’s brand-new, non-alcoholic adaptogenic aperitif—and truly one of the most exciting launches they’ve ever released. Crafted with rare botanicals and science-backed ingredients, it delivers everything I love about a drink: the unwind, the mood lift, the sense of connection… just without the alcohol.
Each sip brings a soft drop in the shoulders, a gentle lift in spirit, and a clear, grounded presence. Sparkling, tart, and herbaceous, Vesper feels luxurious and intentionally crafted—perfect for holiday parties, cozy nights in, and an elevated start to Dry January.
Because it’s new (and already going viral), it will sell out fast.
What’s up! Welcome to the start line & officially mile 1.
Recently, Jack Valentine & Noah Cracknell started sending out weekly update/progress reports. I love it! Even made me ask, “Why am I not doing this consistently?”
So it’s go time. Below are life updates & where I have been investing my energy!
California International Marathon… I landed back in Portland from Sacramento early Monday morning, sore, tired, and FEELING ACCOMPLISHED! Did that weekend really just happen? Did Rory Johnston and I just tactical strike Sacramento? We flew in Saturday afternoon, checked in for CIM, woke up at 4:30 am Sunday, I ran a personal best 2:51:39, and then gone by 8 am Monday.
Reflection and Results… honestly, I remember a few years ago saying if I ever run sub 3 or 2:55:00 I would be “good” with running (SIKE). I placed 860th out of 8181 finishers and 701 / 5122 male finishers, averaging a 6:33 per mile pace over the 26.2. REGISTRATION & RACE DAY.
Tears… it hit me post race that my time qualifies and should get me into 2026 New York City and 2027 Boston.
Best training block of my life… good speed work and 50 miler mixed in there.

VLOG… I was inspired by a lot of friends to start publishing short recaps of my day. Isaac Homer and Noah Cracknell both have awesome examples of this on social media. My friends Kianna, Slater, and Christian pushed me by saying, “If anyone would do it, it would be you.” It isn’t about creating content as much as it is about documenting what I am doing & looking at each of my days through the lens of a storyteller. Check them out on INSTAGRAM & TIK TOK.
STATS… Since November 9th, I have had 45,900 views. Since October 15th, I have published 18 reels.
